Rule of 12/08/2024 - item theft

Any player who, through psychological manipulation or by taking advantage of another player's naivety, scams another player will be banned, and the stolen item will NOT be returned.
(The ban will be applied by IP and will involve all accounts of the guilty player).

Note: If the guilty person voluntarily returns the stolen item, they will not be subject to a ban.

Important:
For the rule to be applicable, concrete proof of the scam must be provided. The evidence must be submitted through a ticket in the dedicated Discord section.
The staff reserves the right to assess whether the reported case actually constitutes a scam. This measure is intended to prevent abuse of the rule and to ensure fairness.

We still invite players to remain vigilant and pay attention during trades and interactions, as the main responsibility remains with each individual player.

Registration: limits and regulations

Registration is open to players from any nation. Italian is required as the written language both on the forum and in game or, where not possible, English for foreign players.

Usernames, Character Names, Guild Names and Emblems

The use of names and images containing the following is prohibited:
- references to political parties of any side and era
- references to dictators, historical places of political interest, past and present politicians, etc...
- sexual and/or pornographic references of any kind
- religious references or anything offensive to others' conscience or that may clearly offend the sensitivity of others in any way
- references to racism
- insults and/or vulgar language in general toward other users
- threats to a person's physical safety
- advertising for external websites and forums
- names identical or similar to GM names
- names that may imply membership in the staff
- names identical or similar to player names for the purpose of deceiving and scamming

Account Sharing

Account sharing is not forbidden, however it must be taken into account that for any theft the staff will not return any item to the victim.
Everyone is responsible for their own items and accounts.
THE STAFF RECOMMENDS NEVER GIVING YOUR DATA TO ANYONE, AND LOCKING YOUR INVENTORY EVERY TIME YOU DISCONNECT.

In-game actions

Monsters belong to everyone, and no one has priority rights over them.
It is forbidden to open a shop outside the square, where squares are understood to be the safe areas of the first and second village of each kingdom. These areas are graphically delimited with tiles.
Each player is responsible for their own items, and the voluntary or mistaken delivery/loan of an item does not entitle the player to its return; in case of a scam, the staff does not provide any kind of restitution.
Likewise, the player is also responsible for the security of their own computer, therefore it is their duty to verify that sent and received files are in no way infected or contain confidential information.
NEVER use the same ID and password on multiple servers (the save login exists for this purpose); the staff will never return any item.
New rules added for guilds:
Anyone who declares war on another guild purely for the purpose of repeatedly drawing in order to lower that guild's points risks a ban and the disbanding of their own guild.
If a guild kicks members reducing it to 7 (minimum total is eight), thus causing the war-not-ending bug, the guild leader receives a 3-day ban, after which it becomes a permanent ban.
If a guild declares war on a 'dropper' guild only to accumulate points, it risks having the guild disbanded.
If members of a guild repeatedly use the guide skill "Warp\Teleport" during war purely for the purpose of not ending it, they risk disciplinary action.

- Requesting items or favoritism from the staff may lead to a chat block or ban.

Access data - The I-Longju Staff will NEVER ask you for login credentials for ANY reason because there is no need.

Buying/Selling Accounts/Game Items for Money and/or real goods or item loss

Players who sell (or attempt to sell) for real money anything owned by 'I-Longju', from accounts to individual character items, will be immediately excluded from the server on all their accounts; the same will apply to those who buy.
Each account is tied to a single person, therefore it is strictly forbidden to 'transfer', 'sell', or 'buy' accounts.
In any case, the staff gives the right to keep players' accounts in custody to their family members should they have 'real' reasons to do so.

There cannot be any loss of objects as long as the database is intact, therefore:
All reports of missing objects are fake.
In summary: such requests will not be accepted.
If a person does not actually know what happened to an item, the staff may intervene to check the logs, but this leads to a penalty that the player accepts.
(Since all errors in item loss are caused by your own mistakes).

Hacking / Cheating / Botting / Macro / Bug Using

The use of hacks, bots and macros is forbidden. It leads to a permanent ban.
If issues such as bugs, imperfections, or security flaws are found, it is the player's duty to report them to the staff in order to improve the game, and it is also possible to receive a reward and/or an in-game benefit. Otherwise, the player will be banned.

Game chat: private\public\shout

Insulting other players is forbidden, penalty: 'Temporary chat block'
Senseless insults toward the staff are punished with the individual's immediate exclusion from the server.
Threats toward other players concerning real life or wishing misfortunes upon them lead to an immediate ban.
Wishing death in real life to other players and/or their relatives leads to an immediate ban.
Excessive spam is forbidden and, in extreme cases, punished with a chat block.
The repetitive sending of shout messages, or of incomprehensible characters or characters different from those of the game, is considered spam.
Advertising or promoting other Private Servers is forbidden, penalty: 'Immediate exclusion from the server'.
The disclosure of hack, cheat, bot and bug information is forbidden.
Attempting or trying to trade between servers of any kind is forbidden. It may lead to a permanent ban.

Helper Regulations

Below: the description of why you want to be a Helper
write the following code: 69432. If the code is missing, the application will be automatically rejected and you will not be able to create a new one.

Complaints, clarifications and constructive criticism

Any complaints regarding the behavior of a GM or any member of the staff must be brought to the attention of a GA, who is required to verify whether the subject of the complaint is well-founded.

Criticism regarding sanctions, regulations, generic checks, and in general any action taken by the game staff must be made privately.
